It’s been a bit of a construction zone of sorts around here.  I’ve moved my studio space from a shared office with my husband, to a room with a view and bright daylight! I’ve been wanting to do this for the last 15 years and finally have a creative work space of my own.  I love that there is an oak tree in view.  Yes,  there is a glass rack outside the window, but it is a reminder of how hard my husband works every day, and I’m thankful that he has work in these tough times.

I designed a space for sewing, right by the window and another table for cutting and designing.

And, I finally have plenty of space for storing fabric organized by color!   A never ending battle!

Now, I’m off to the races, working on my latest piece.  It will be a close up, looking through a wave.  I’ll be sure to show the process along the way.

Until next time,

Cynthia
