Flamingo Textile art.
While watching the flamingos at the Sacramento zoo, I saw this one was running through the water in all his glory, wings wide as if to proclaim his arrival. He was beautiful. I wanted to create a piece that would reflect his bold yet elegant attitude.

S.L. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my purchases from this amazing fiber artist!!! What a totally unique and beautiful take on quilting her pieces are!!! Some of the fabrics used are even hand dyed by the artist. Cynthia's art pieces are a wonderful addition to my home and I can't keep my eyes off of them. Every time I look at one I notice some new details. Incredible!!!
