Crescendo

This textile piece was inspired by the crashing waves at Point Lobos during a dangerous tide warning.  The incoming swells were reminiscent of a symphony culminating in a crescendo.  

There is no paint in this artwork. It was created with my hand dyed fabric along with commercial fabric and thread. 

Measures 50” x 37.5”

Framed in Walnut.
